Results!
I am finally noticing some muscle definition after slaving away at the gym lately!! I can see my biceps forming and I can feel my quadriceps and hamstrings :) Obviously strength training is working, now I’m going to start really beefing up my cardio to 6-7 hours a week so I can shed some fat and really see a difference.
(small muscle, yet so happy!)
